the design process

Our approach to designing the Glass House Mountains booklet was meticulous and thoughtful, ensuring every element was cohesive and engaging. Here’s an insight into our process:

Concept Development

The project began with a clear vision to create a guide that is not only informative but also evokes the sense of adventure and tranquillity associated with the Glass House Mountains. We aimed to capture the essence of each trail and summit, making the reader feel as if they are embarking on the journey themselves.

Colour Palette

The colour scheme reflects the natural beauty of the mountains, with earthy tones and vibrant hues that evoke the landscapes readers will encounter. This palette enhances the overall visual appeal and helps create a cohesive look throughout the booklet.

Imagery and Graphics

High-quality images and custom icons were integral to the design, bringing the text to life and providing visual cues for readers. The placement of images across the center line was carefully considered to minimize disruption from the binding process, ensuring the visuals remain impactful.
